DE MAZENOD FAMILY CHARISM PILGRIMAGE 2026

Following in the Footsteps of St Eugene de Mazenod…

In 2026, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate will celebrate 200 years since the approval of the Constitutions and Rules — a milestone that continues to shape our life, mission, and identity today. To mark this special anniversary, the De Mazenod Family will embark on a Charism Pilgrimage to the sacred places that gave birth to the Oblate spirit.

From Paris to Aix-en-Provence and on to Rome, pilgrims will journey together through the life and legacy of St Eugene de Mazenod, founder of the Oblates. Along the way, we’ll visit the churches, chapels, and communities where the Oblate charism first took root — and where it continues to inspire lives of faith, service, and hope.

This pilgrimage is more than a trip — it’s an encounter.
An encounter with God, with St Eugene’s story, and with one another as companions on the road. It’s a chance to deepen our sense of belonging to the De Mazenod Family and to rekindle the same missionary fire that once burned in Eugene’s heart.

Join us as we walk as Pilgrims of Hope, rediscovering the joy of community, prayer, and mission in the places where it all began.
