Vocations Weekend
We are excited to invite you to our Come & See Weekend. An opportunity for young men to come and discover the life of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, a religious community of men dedicated to the service of the poor and most abandoned.
Our seminary community will host you from the Friday night to the Saturday night. We will finish with a Vigil mass on Saturday evening. If you need to stay another night, you are most welcome, however we also understand the need for people to get to other engagements.

Feast of the Blessed Oblate Martyrs of Spain
We commemorate on this day the 22 Oblates and 1 layman who were martyred in 1936 during the Spanish Civil War. They never gave up witnessing their faith in Christ, even in the face of evil and death. May God reward them!
Commemoration of Deceased Oblates
Following the feasts of All Saints and All Souls, the 3rd November has traditionally been the day when Oblate remember and pray for their deceased brothers who have gone before them. Let us give thanks for their oblations.
Anniversary of Beatification of St Eugene de Mazenod
On this day we commemorate the beatification of St Eugene in 1975. On this day, Eugene's charism became a gift to the whole Church.
Province Retreat
The Annual Province Retreat will be held for a week in Western Australia, allowing our Oblate priests a time of relaxation and spiritual renewal. The retreat will be delivered by Archbishop Emeritus Sylvain Lavoie OMI from the Lacombe Province in Canada.
200th Anniversary of First Rule
The 3rd September celebrates the 200th Anniversary since St Eugene de Mazenod wrote the first rule of the Oblate community.

Feast of St Eugene de Mazenod
The Founder died on May 21, 1861. Since his beatification in 1975, the date of his death has been celebrated liturgically as his feast day.
